Frequently asked questions
Admission tickets can be purchased online one month before the date of the visit. All categories of admission tickets are available, including reduced-fare and free tickets. A free ticket can be acquired online only when the order includes a paid ticket (standard or reduced-fare).
If there is a line at the entrance, an e-ticket allows a fast track access through separate entrance: the Main Building can be entered from Kolymazhny Lane, and the Gallery of 19th and 20th Century European and American Art can be entered from Maly Znamensky Lane.
If you belong to the “Friends of the Pushkin Museum” program, you can access the museum without waiting in line or purchasing a ticket by presenting your program membership card.
