The museum’s permanent collection is divided between the Main Building, the Gallery of 19th and 20th Century European and American Art, the Sviatoslav Richter Memorial Apartment, and the Ivan Tsvetaev Educational Art Museum. Each building requires a separate ticket, while entry to the Educational Museum is free of charge for all visitor categories.

Reduced-fare tickets are available to eligible visitor categories upon the presentation of a confirmation document. You can buy a ticket of any category online, but please be sure to bring a document confirming your eligibility for the discount, as you may need to present it at a checkpoint.

Free admittance to the museum is available to the following visitor categories:
• children age 6 and under
• adults with disabilities (with disability degree >50%), children with disabilities, wheelchair users
• persons accompanying visitors with disabilities

• students of Fine Arts and Architecture enrolled in colleges and higher educational institutions of Russian Federation
Free admission days:
• every Wednesday – children age 7–17, students enrolled in colleges and higher educational institutions of Russian Federation.
Tickets of any category can be purchased on the museum web-site. Please be sure to bring a document confirming your eligibility for the discount, as you may need to present it at a checkpoint.
Please note that the Pushkin State Museum is not on the list of museums that can be visited free of charge every third Sunday and every third week of the month.
You can buy an admission ticket online in advance or on the date of your visit. The number of e-tickets is limited. Please read the User Agreement and the Museum Admission Policy before you buy tickets. Should you experience difficulties buying a ticket online, please refer to the e-ticket purchase instructions.
You can buy entrance tickets at the Museum ticket office on the day of your visit. Entrance to the Museum and ticket sales are stopped 1 hour before the closing time. Ticket offices do not sell entrance tickets in advance.
Tickets purchased online can be returned as per the terms and conditions of the User Agreement. To return your ticket, please complete the online refund form.
Fast track entry to the Museum buildings (if there is a queue) and fast track ticket office service are available for:
• disabled persons and one accompanying person
• elderly persons >70 y.o.
The individuals in these categories shall purchase tickets at the ticket office upon presentation of passports and documents confirming their eligibility.
