Due to the current epidemiological situation, the Museum is closed for visitors from March 17 to April 10 (this period may be extended), online ticket purchase is temporarily unavailable. The museum is now avaliable only online, you can e-mail us email@example.com, or use feedback form. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding!
If you have purchased entrance or guided tours tickets via website on any date from March 17 to April 10 but have not yet received it at the ticket office, you will be automatically refunded the full cost of your order. Due to many refunds it may take up to 3 weeks. You will recieve the confirmation letter on your e-mail, mentioned in your order.
If you have already received your entrance ot guided tour ticket at the ticket office, we ask you to submit a refund request to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, and after receiving confirmation of return, you can get the full cost refund at the ticket office. Please note that you have to bring with you your tickets. The ticket office will be open after the museum opens.
